Inviting your Consultants for a Day of Camping
During your meetings, do you notice how your consultants are so uptight? By the time that you started to speak, have you noticed how most of them started to do nothing as well other than taking notes? No matter how hard you try to make your consultants feel comfortable, they would never consider it as such as long as they are inside the four corners of your black and white room.
If you really want your people to talk comfortably and let their creative juices flow, you might want to choose a different location where you want to have your meeting. It may sound different but actually a day or two of camping would put your consultants at ease. In this way, they would not be stressed to think about new ideas that would boost your business. Since there would be no too much pressure, you can expect them to give their best and not some advices that were only given just because you are forcefully squeezing it out of their brains.
You don’t have to require them to bring their tents along or other camping equipments. There are now a lot of campsites that have rooms for rent where people can sleep. Moreover, some also have cozy function rooms where you can conduct your meeting at the same time.
