Creativity to find business ideas
Until recently it was believed that creating a company was essential to have a good idea innovative and original. But in this case, it is desirable to have a great deal of creativity to find a good business idea.
Recently, however, has spread far a “curious” method of setting up companies without having brilliant ideas. This is the franchise system. In this business model, two natural or legal persons come to an agreement so that the franchisor provides the business idea (or service, or brand, or expertise) and the franchise he created the company following the directions of the franchisor to operate business. (Most “chains” of fast-food establishments, laundries, car washing, computer shops, etc .- are franchises). The system has many advantages for the franchisee, and hence its successful implementation.
